  • Rates exclusive of housekeeping and guest services charges
  • Housekeeping fee ($95 per stay)
  • Registration fee, including parking pass and wrist bands ($15 per stay)
  • Security insurance ($40 per stay)
  • Taxes (15.06%)
  • Renter must be at least 25 years of age and present at all times
  • Limited to 6 guests per rental agreement
  • Daily changing of linens and towels available upon request
  • Sorry, no pets allowed
